DaNang Sodam(KOREA BBQ)

Let me start with the bad part, the fried rice with cheese had a slightly sour and weird taste. I think they added Kimchi, which I don’t like. Apart from that, everything was very tasty and the service was quick and good. We went with the large combo for 1 million VND which contained soft steamed egg with spring onion and various pieces of pork and thin cut beef that got almost as crispy as bacon. That beef was clearly the star of the show and we even ordered a second round of it. The beer was priced at 40k VND for a Heineken. We also had the Kibimbab salad, which was good. In contrast to Gogi, which is their competitor for barbecue in the same shopping mall, this place used a hot stone plate.

When the side dish is almost finished, they automatically come and bring a new one. We thought the portion was small, but actually it was really a lot.

Rereviewed: visited more than a handful of times and this time I am kinda sick of it. They keep running out of the side I liked when visiting there and the portions actually got smaller. For example, the egg used to have cheese on it, well it doesnt anymore. Probably one of the most Korean tasting Korean restaurants in Danang if you understand what I mean. Good prices and good taste. The banchan here are great.

One of the best korean restaurants in Danang! We went to multiple but keep coming back to this as the service and food quality is the best and the price is affordable too! The meat is fresh and all the banchan are very tasty. All the staff are very friendly and grill the meat to perfection. Would definitely come back!
