The best local Vegan place I’ve been to in Vietnam! It’s very local and out of the way, but the sanitary standards are quite good, and the food is amazing. I talked to the kind old lady that owns the place (as much as my limited Vietnamese allowed me to) and found out that her and her husband are both vegans too, which is why she knows how to make the food so good I suppose. Right now she sells a banh mi for 10,000, My Quang for 15,000, and large Com Chay for 20,000 which consistently has a variety of excellent toppings. Best of all is that the fake meat they use doesn’t actually taste meaty at all, which is the disappointing case in a lot of other Chay places I’ve been to. The lady also told me that she’ll start doing Pho when it’s busy, and I’m really looking forward to that. Be sure to make the trip out if you want the best of the best local countryside Vietnamese food. You won’t be disappointed.
