Last night my bf and I ate at Mexican Choice. We ordered Enchiladas Suizas, 1 chicken Tamale, 1 serving of Ceviche, 1 Asada taco, 1 Pastor Taco, 1 barbacoa de rez taco, 1 lengua taco and 2 micheladas with Tiger. WHEN I SAY MY SOUL WAS SO HAPPY!! Sorry for no photos I was too excited! I am from Oklahoma my father is from San Luis Potosí Mexico and I have been out of the states for 2 years living in Asia. I make it a point to try all “Mexican” food places as it’s my childhood comfort food. I could have cried, that how good and authentic this food was. The flavors were ON POINT!! I called my dad this morning and told him how happy I was. If you’re Mexican and missing a piece of home. I would 10000% recommend going here. Thank you Laura Alvarez and the crew of Mexican Choice for bringing a little bit of Mexico to Danang. Keep up the great work ✨🤍

Great tradition Mexican food. Owner was very welcoming and their food felt like a home cooked meal! Tasty small plates like their tacos and their home made chilli was a brilliant touch! Would recommend highly!

Great Tacos! The pastor taco taste very genuine and nice! Nachos was a little low on the topping but nothing big to complain about. Very nice owner! Would recommend

Best Mexican food and tacos in Da Nang

Mexican Choice is an absolute must-visit if you’re looking to break up the daily routine of Vietnamese food with phenomenal, authentic flavor. The Tacos: Hands down the highlight of the meal. A group of us went together and tried nearly every available option on the menu, and not a single filling missed the mark. From the rich, well-seasoned meats to the vibrant toppings and fresh tortillas, every bite hit the spot. The Service: Top-notch from start to finish. The staff made us feel incredibly welcome, the orders came out quickly, and the service was attentive without feeling intrusive.

Oh my god….hands down THE best Mexican in Da Nang. This place was the real deal Mexican, not just ‘Tex Mex’ or an Americanised version. The corn tortillas, the corn chips, the fresh salsa and guacamole were to die for 😍 We also had fish tacos, beef tacos and chicken nachos. The lovely owner, Laura, a Mexican herself was so lovely and made us feel welcome in our new home town. We will definitely be back at least once a week, thank you 🤩

Excellent, authentic Mexican food!

A combination of Mexican hospitality and depth of flavor we were pleasantly shocked to enjoy in Da Nang.

After traveling around Asia for the past year and a half, I honestly thought I had given up on finding Mexican food that truly tasted like home. Then I took my first bite of the lengua taco at Mexican Choice. For a second, I was back in Mexico. And that feeling is incredibly hard to reproduce when you’ve been away from your country for so long. I’ve tried Mexican restaurants in different countries all over Asia, and Mexican Choice is, without question, the most authentic Mexican food I’ve had on this continent. The flavors, the salsas, the tortillas, the seasoning — everything tastes like it was made by someone who actually understands what Mexican food is supposed to taste like. Laura puts a lot of heart into this place, and you can taste it in the food. After coming back several times, she has also become a friend, which makes me even happier to write this review. If you’re Mexican and miss home, come here. If you’re not Mexican and want to know what real Mexican food tastes like, come here too. This place is something special. Easily 5 stars. 🇲🇽❤️

Finally found AUTHENTIC mexican food here in Da Nang. The mole was perfect with Mexico City flavor. The lengua taco was delicious. This restaurant has a certificate of authenticity from Mexico for having great tasting food. The owner is from Mexicon and she represents her country with every bite of foodthat you eat. Highly recommended. I'll be going there many more times for sure. Im from San Diego and can honestly say that this is 💯 legit mexican food.

So bad, we left after our first beer and nachos. No vibe, we the only ones there. No service. And expensive! And the food, plain, tasteless and no effort put into the nachos. Some chips with a demi-glaze of sauce. This is not authentic Mexican food at all.....take it from me who has travelled Mexico. In fact, its not even Western Mexican. It is a bowl of dry chips with no effort.
