Great menu of pastas and delicious bread! Loved the food and lovely to see it being made infront of us!

Pasta was incredible 🙏🏽 The reason I would give the place 3/5 stars is because we ordered a sourdough bread starter, which was completely dry and stale (I would assume it had been out for two days by how stale it was). I immediately asked to return it, which has been accepted, but offered no apology for serving stale bread in an italian restaurant. If this was in Italy, this is punishable by jail🤣 Now, I can understand kitchen mistakes. Things happen, mistakes happen all the time. But to look at the shape of the bread, which was really dry, then cut it to pieces, and still decide to put it out to customers... Just a little bit weird. Because why? And then, not even apologizing? If I was the chef, I would come back and apologize profusely for the experience. It just feels like a cash grab in terms of, well, paying a premium price for the experience, and then not getting premium service or premium food. It is important for me to note: I am open to changing my review, I don't like to leave bad reviews, I just want to gain some clarity on the situation and receive an apology, which I am yet to

Absolutely loved the food and the atmosphere of the place !! Will definitely be a must go spot when I’m back in Hoi an
