모든 사람들이 너무 친절했고, 특히 "빈"이라는 이름의 풀 매니저는 너무 친절해서 내 사람을 신경 씁니다.
Not great experience for Marriott member
I just checked out, staying from March 24 to March 26. If you have Mariott status, don’t stay here. I am platinum member, my flight is at 11pm, I asked for check out late 4pm, they said all rooms booked; however, for the last 2 days staying there, it looks like ghost hotel, not many people, I walked every night around the hotel and didnt see anyone except my group of 4. There is no lounge, the drink pass is useless since you can use in happy hours only. So I have to book a room with Hilton in town to rest couple hours, although the room is for 3 people, hilton lets 4 of us checkin and use lounge since they know we are not eating tomorrow breakfast. That is flexibility the tourists need.
Best stay for holiday
The food was delicious. The facilities are very good and the swimming pool is very good. Unlike other beaches, the private beach is very good and the sand is very good. Everyone is very friendly and it seems like you have a very good time and experience while staying here. Thank you. I really love Sheraton

The Sheraton Grand Da Nang property is nested on the beach between the Da Nang and Hoi An cities. The Da Nang airport is 20 minutes from this place making it a perfect beach getaway for families and corporate events. The property is huge and has amazing facilities and staff. I hosted a corporate event with more than 60 PAX and we were so well taken care of. The food is outstanding, the conference facilities are at par and the beach front is perfect for morning walks or a casual stroll. Ms. Hong - who was the event in-charge for super efficient - we made changes on the fly and Ms Hong and her team were very responsive and in fact made suggestions to make our experience even better. Thank you Ms Hong and the Grand Sheraton crew to make our event a very memorable one. I was put up at the one bedroom suite with sweeping views of the ocean. The room was clean and very well appointed. It was comfortable and quiet.

Hotel very nice I was happy, beautiful location nice beach. Breakfast is nice, a little bit pricey. Staff very polite and friendly. The driver Quang was very informative about Danang also make good recommendations for restaurants and places to go. Very friendly, makes us feel very welcome. Thank you Quang

Mình đã có một buổi tối tuyệt vời ở đây cùng với gia đình, nhân viên thân thiện, mến khách, bạn Duyên từ tổng đài rất nhiệt tình tư vấn cho tôi. Đồ ăn rất ngon và các bạn lễ tân cũng rất nhiệt tình hỗ trợ mặc dù tôi không lưu trú. Tôi sẽ quay lại đây.

Tôi đã có 1 kỳ nghỉ thật sự thoải mái và hài lòng về đội ngủ nhân viên tại khu resort , từ nhân viên bảo vệ đến quản lý cấp cao . Thật sự xứng đáng dịch vụ 5 sao . Đặc biệt là bạn Nhi - ở khu vực reception . Rất nhiệt tình và thân thiện

Nice resort
Tôi và bạn trai tôi đã ở resort này tuần vừa rồi và không có từ nào để diễn tả hết về resort này, tất cả mọi thứ ở đây quá perfect,từ thức ăn,view,room,nhân viên phục vụ,lễ tân ,...tất cả mọi người rất thân thiện,đặc biệt tôi và bạn trai tôi rất thích thức ăn ở nhà hàng La Plage,nước uống và thức ăn ở đây rất yummy, chúng tôi đã có buổi ăn tối rất romantic tại nhà hàng này,và a Dũng nhân viên ở đây rất vui vẻ ,thân thien đã phục vụ chu đáo toàn bộ buổi ăn tối cho chung toi,bạn trai tôi và tôi rất rất thích thức ăn tại nhà hàng la plage,và tất cả mọi thứ ở resort nay,chung tôi đã có nice time ở đây,và chúng tôi sẽ quay trở lại resort này 1 lần nữa cùng gia đình 😊
