During the meeting on August 24, leaders of the Da Nang City People's Committee made several important decisions aimed at socio-economic development, including practical programs for ethnic minority communities and disaster prevention efforts.

One of the most notable items was the approval of over 1 billion VND in support for the two communes of Ben Hien and Song Kon to transition to new livelihoods through in-kind assistance. This concrete step helps highland residents secure sustainable new income sources, reducing their reliance on natural resource extraction. Additionally, the city accepted three projects funded by foreign organizations, contributing to improving residents' quality of life.

In particular, the City People's Committee emphasized the task of preserving and promoting the traditional culture of ethnic minorities. This not only safeguards cultural identity but also creates highlights for community-based tourism in mountainous districts such as Hoa Vang, which boasts many unique cultural values.
