Da Nang Issues Regulations to Support Heart Surgery for Children

On August 27, the Da Nang City People's Committee issued Decision No. 128/2026/QD-UBND. This document details the authority, documentation, sequence, and procedures for implementing the policy to support heart surgery for children with congenital heart disease within the city.

This regulation is based on Resolution No. 45/2026/NQ-HDND dated May 29, 2026, of the City People's Council. The objective is to create more favorable conditions for families whose children unfortunately suffer from congenital heart disease, giving them the opportunity for surgery and a healthier future.
