Da Nang Expands Herbal Medicine Cooperation with China at Ngoc Linh Ginseng Festival

On the afternoon of August 1, Vice Chairman of the Da Nang City People's Committee Ho Quang Buu met with international delegations attending activities within the framework of the 2026 Ngoc Linh Ginseng and International Herbal Medicine Festival in Da Nang. During the meeting, both sides focused on discussing opportunities to strengthen cooperation in developing the herbal medicine industry between Da Nang and Chinese localities.

The Ngoc Linh Ginseng and International Herbal Medicine Festival is an annual event aimed at promoting the precious products of the Ngoc Linh mountain region, while connecting businesses, scientists, and international partners in the herbal medicine field. The reception of Chinese delegations shows that Da Nang is proactively expanding cooperative relations, aiming to build the city into a regional hub for trade and development of herbal medicine products.

With advantages in geographical location and tourism infrastructure, Da Nang expects to attract more foreign investors and partners to explore opportunities, thereby contributing to enhancing the value of Vietnam's herbal medicine product chain.
