Da Nang: Notable Management and Administrative Decisions on August 5

On August 5, the Da Nang City People's Committee issued a series of important directives and administrative actions aimed at improving state management efficiency across various sectors. Notably, new regulations on the management and use of condominiums within the city were introduced, providing a clearer legal framework for residents and building management boards.

Additionally, the Chairman of the City People's Committee delegated authority to the Director of the Department of Construction to issue construction operation permits for foreign contractors, simplifying procedures and accelerating project timelines. The city also decided to provide VND 4 billion in support to the provinces of Lao Cai, Son La, and Lai Chau to address disaster aftermath, reflecting a spirit of mutual solidarity and assistance.

Furthermore, decisions concerning the management and use of public assets at agencies and units, as well as a list of 04 internal procedures for handling administrative processes in the fields of broadcasting, television, and electronic information, were also issued.
