Promoting the role of central wards in building a livable Da Nang

On the afternoon of June 8, Da Nang City Party Secretary Le Ngoc Quang chaired a meeting with the Standing Committees of the Party Committees of central wards including Hai Chau, Hoa Cuong, Thanh Khe, and An Khe. The meeting focused on assessing the implementation of political tasks in the recent past and setting directions and key tasks for the coming time, especially the role of the wards in building a livable city.

At the meeting, Secretary Le Ngoc Quang emphasized the importance of the central wards – areas with high population density and bustling socio-economic activities. He requested that these localities continue to promote a proactive and creative spirit in urban management, especially regarding environmental sanitation, urban order, and security. These are core factors that help Da Nang maintain its image as a green – clean – beautiful city, friendly to residents and tourists.

In addition, the central wards were assigned the task of strengthening propaganda and mobilization for residents to participate in preserving landscapes, ensuring food safety, and supporting local tourism development. Building a livable city is not only a goal of the government but also requires cooperation from the entire community. These efforts are expected to contribute to improving the quality of life for residents and create a good impression on visitors from all over coming to Da Nang.
