When in Rome as they say, or in this case, Da Nang, let your local guide take you to their favorite place. Otherwise was incredibly busy and all locals. We made our own pork spring rolls with lots of fresh greens, mango, cucumber, mint, and more. The house dipping sauce was a tiny bit spicy and sweet, nicely balanced. I used lime and some of the hotter chili sauce. We took a rice paper, tapped it down on the flat noodles, added greens, lime, bean sprouts, pork and then rolled. We also had a noodle bowl with wide, flat rice noodles, chicken, and spices. The chicken was tender. Service was great, very fast and courteous.
The most excellent noodles for lunch and rolls for dinner with amazing dipping sauce (includes fish 😉). That's it. Simple menu, simple food but soo tasty!
We enjoyed the meals, but this Michelin renowned restaurant did not cut it for us. The waitresses were colder than ice, and the vibe of the restaurant seemed like an empty soul. Again, I’d recommend the Frog Noodles, especially for the price, but my experience was sub par.
Thoroughly enjoyable Mi Quang dishes. I tried the beef and the fish yellow noodles, both were excellent, the fish in particular was standout. It was grilled to perfection and the marinade used was salty and full of umami. Loved it. At 35k per bowl it's good value too.
Walked by and saw lots of locals doing the same thing : rolling fresh spring roll. Curious about it and tried. The pork diy spring rolls set. To be honest, I didn’t even able to taste the pork but because there are layers of rice paper and veggies. The experience was very unique and it tasted very local. Nothing wrong, give it a try. Thanks for friendly and nice locals who taught me how to me how to properly roll the rice paper
Nice simple Vietnamese wraps.
Nice simple Vietnamese wraps. Traditional food that was really good and value for money. Went to another place more popular with tourists but this felt more authentic.
Very tasty local food
Visited the restaurant later in the evening. It has a great atmosphere and veey tasty local food. Very affordable food, friendly staff.
Go for the real.
Little Vietnamese resto serving local specialties, DIY spring rolls served with plate of sliced pork, add a bowl of noodle and a HUDA then you get a typical Vietnamese dinner. The place is loud, noisy, busy, crowded and NOT ac. Food is great, friendly service. Located a 5 min walk.on the street behind the Minh Toan Galxy hotel. Should you walk that street back towards the Dragon bridge, you would discover great little restos and the best Banh Mi shop in Da Nang... Worth the effort. Enjoy.
Eat with the Vietnamese, good food, low price!
A real Vietnamese restaurant, frequented by many Vietnamese people. Small choice, but VERY good food!!! And VERY cheap!
Delicious spring rolls
You should taste the spring rolls at there. A combo of spring rolls include 1 dish of pork meat, 1 dish of green vegetables, rice cake and noodle cake. The slice of pork meat is thin. There are 2 types of fish sauces to use, if you never eat this food, i recommend you should choose the yellow garlic fish sauce. My quang is delicious also. The price is cheap to have a big meal.
