Great service Sweet banh mi was good

I came here on purpose because the banh mi dessert looked interesting, not just because I happened to pass by. Unfortunately, the tiramisu one I ordered wasn’t quite to my taste. The bread had a hard crispy crust on the outside but was soggy inside, as it was filled with very sweet cream and a hint of bitter cocoa. It came across more like a mocha flavor rather than a tiramisu. I think the price is quite high for the quality.

So goodddd highly recommend Mango passion fruit flavor for hot day. The bread itself is already delicious and the filling is not sweet at all. Love it!!!!!!

I didn’t get the hype. Sure, it was pretty good, but not what I was expecting. I had the tiramisu sweet banh mi, and the person I was with had the rice crispy one. They were alright, I found mine to be really salty.

Great chilled Friday night atmosphere on this street. This food stall inside the court is amazing. MUST TRY DESSERT PLACE - for everyone tourists. Was so good my wife and I had to have 1 each!! Not feeling heavy afterwards either! Nicely digestible! Such an innovative idea and only thing I’ve seen like this around! The lady is super kind and welcoming and very attentive to the customers needs! Amazing customer service and Passion Fruit Banh Mi was to die for!! ANYONE WHO HASNT TRIED YET - you’ve got to try it. And if your like me and find ice cream too sensitive for your teeth, this is best alternative.

Wir hatten ein süßes Banh Mi mit Crispy Rice das wirklich richtig gut war! Die Sangrias sind ebenfalls sehr gut und in dem kleinen Shop gibt es sehr leckere Fischsauce zum probieren und kaufen.

This was delicious. A very unique take on Banh mi. A must try! Not 5 stars coz my 2nd try the cream wasnt cold enuff. Mango passionfruit was my fav. Oh the caramel fish sauce was a very unique taste.

I had a banana Choco banh mi and it was amazing! Not too sweet, loved the texture of the pastry/bread and the added nuts was a perfect cruchy topping. Definitely recommend 🙂

One of the culinary highlights of our trip to Hoi An. We had lunch nearby and were initially looking for a good ice-cream place. Google maps also threw up this place. A type of Banh Mi I never saw before. So we tried it. It was awesome. Very creative idea. Delicious and messy - like all the best desserts are. Deserves to be super popular.

Was walking down the street in Hoi An and the lovely front display at Chuben Bánh Mì completely caught my attention. They have this gorgeous rustic wooden counter with freshly baked baguettes sitting right out front in a basket, alongside fresh mangoes and a big glass drink dispenser. The whole setup with the hanging plants and the traditional lantern just looked so inviting and authentic. Since the sign also mentions it is a French Pastry Bakery, I had really high hopes for the bread itself, and it absolutely delivered! The crust was perfectly crispy while the inside remained soft. It is such a charming, easygoing little spot to grab a really fresh sandwich and a cool drink while wandering around the town. Definitely a great find for a quick bite!

Banh mi délicieux, parfait pour une pause sucré !

Extrêmement décevant ! Après avoir lu les commentaires et vu des videos, on s’est laissé tenter par cette revisite sucrée des Banh Mi. Le pain est minuscule et de mauvaise qualité, la garniture est faite juste de chantilly (nous avons pris le chocolat banane et le mangue passion). Aucune gourmandise, aucun effort de fait et un prix exorbitant pour un produit aussi médiocre. 120k Dong pour deux mini bouts de pain fourrés à la crème, c’est honteux ! Une crêpe au chocolat basique sera largement plus savoureuse et satisfaisante que cette piètre revisite sucrée.

J’y suis allé pour le Banh Mi sucré. Globalement l’idée est intéressante, mais vous pouvez largement vous en passer. 2 bouchées et c’est terminé, le pain est bon, la garniture sans grand intérêt. Dommage, j’aimais bien l’idée

We also tried sweet bánh mì with different flavors and coffee with fish sauce. It was an interesting and unusual experience with a very unique combination of tastes. The baguette crust was sweet and crispy, while the filling was more like whipped cream, so having plenty of napkins was a must — it was a bit messy to finish the bánh mì. The girl serving us was friendly and helpful, and the place itself was clean and cozy.

I played it simple with chocolate and banana, and it was incredible. ​If you’re looking for a dessert that beats everything else, you have to try this. Highly recommend!

Phần bánh mì ngọt xoài cũng ngon, xoài chua cân bằng vị ngọt béo của kem. Tuy nhiên phần kem chưa đủ lạnh khi bóp ra làm tạo hình ko đẹp , kem nhanh chảy.
