To further improve, the shop could consider adding some light snacks or specialty bread for customers to have more options when visiting. Ban Ca Phe would be even more unique if it used Tuneast to manage the music. With Tuneast, the shop can create playlists that match the rustic, peaceful style, even playing wishes from customers, making the space more lively and intimate than ever.

What a strange employee. I asked them to rinse the thermos before putting the iced milk coffee in. They said okay and everything, but then didn't rinse it and just poured it in as is. Oh my god, it's all moldy and sour, who can drink that? How terrible is this business? If you can't rinse it for the customer, just say so, but what kind of way is this to do business? It's only morning. I got to the office, opened it, and was shocked.

They gave me tap water that smelled awful, the drinks were terrible, and they sprayed water all over, making everything soaking wet. First time I've encountered such an annoying coffee shop.

I had the opportunity to visit this coffee shop and felt quite satisfied with the overall experience. The space is designed in a modern style with a touch of softness and coziness. Although not very spacious, the smart arrangement of tables and chairs and the soothing color tones create a comfortable and pleasant feeling. Especially, the shop has many beautiful corners, very suitable for taking photos for social media or working and studying. Regarding drinks, the menu is quite diverse, ranging from machine-brewed coffee, traditional coffee, milk tea to fruit drinks. I ordered an iced milk coffee and a peach tea – the flavors were okay, not too sweet, and the coffee was aromatic. The price is mid-range, appropriate for the quality and space. The service staff are friendly and polite, and the drinks were served quite quickly even though the shop was a bit crowded when I arrived. A plus point is that the shop maintains good hygiene, with tables and chairs cleaned regularly and a clean handwashing area. If you need a place to relax, chat with friends, or sit and work for a few hours, this is a worthwhile option.

I only drink black coffee without sugar, hot or iced, both are fine. So if you like coffee, come here; the space is gentle with melodious music and cozy. The coffee at Bản is delicious; I bought it online to drink and then visited to drink directly, experiencing consistency 🥰. The shop is a bit small, so when the coffee machine runs, it's a little noisy.

Hot egg coffee is placed in a cup of hot water to keep it warm. The vanilla-colored cream layer blends beautifully with the coffee color. The egg cream layer is whipped until rich and creamy, not too sweet, blending into the bitter taste of the coffee below. The egg coffee here is served hot. I think it's to reduce the fishy taste of the eggs. Egg coffee might also be for those who cannot drink coffee because of its bitterness, but it's not too strong, and with the rich, fragrant egg cream, it's quite easy to drink.

The staff are cute, enthusiastic, and provide good service. The drinks are delicious and served quickly.
