In the middle of the garden, there is a large koi fish pond with many beautiful fish, which children really like. Another plus is that the shop is opposite a large parking lot, so parking is convenient. The coffee is decent, and other drinks are also consistent. The shop serves breakfast items such as Quang noodles and omelette baguette, convenient for those who want a light morning meal.

However, although there is air conditioning inside, when I went they only turned on the fans, so it was a bit hot. I hope the restaurant improves the air conditioning so customers can sit more comfortably.

The eatery is located in a very unique position, with a spacious and secure parking lot. The space is very airy and clean, with a diverse menu ranging from breakfast and snacks to drinks. It accepts groups of 10-15 people; please book 30 minutes in advance for the shop to set up a private area. The shop should upgrade the bartending skills to provide better customer service. It should add a fruit platter to the menu 😋

The space is spacious both inside and outside; Sunday mornings will be crowded. The indoor rooms have air conditioning, but most will use fans. Since this area has a lot of trees, there are some mosquitoes in the late afternoon, but the staff are very enthusiastic about turning on fans for you. The salted coffee is good, but the Mốt milk tea is average; I thought the tapioca pearls were homemade, but they turned out to be store-bought. A bit disappointing.

Inside the seating area, water leaks. The eatery is a bit crowded, so ordering and waiting for dishes takes quite a long time; they take orders but don't prepare them. The chicken Mỳ Quảng is delicious.

Waiting for drinks and breakfast to be served took a very, very long time, even when the restaurant had few customers.

The shop has only one server who also doubles as a bartender, so when it's busy, the wait is a bit long. The iced blended matcha is good, but the matcha latte is a bit weak; the milk flavor overpowers the matcha taste.

I came to the restaurant in the evening to study. I only sat inside the air-conditioned room, not outside, so I will only review the inside based on my own feelings. When I went in the evening, excluding the staff, there were 4 customers SITTING INSIDE and studying/working. The space is spacious, the seats are comfortable. But the lights are very dim, hurting the eyes 😭 The restaurant had few customers so they didn't turn on the air conditioner, so I'll let that slide (I felt a bit hot but didn't ask the staff to turn on the AC) When I first arrived (around 6:30 PM), the restaurant had music playing. Around 8 PM, I don't know why they stopped playing music. There was a moment when a staff member coughed and cleared their throat very loudly, which sounded... very strange, I hope you pay a little attention.

The staff are very enthusiastic and lovely, the food and drinks are very delicious, will come back many times.

It seems I'm a bit picky, but the service style of the staff is very annoying. I hope the owner reviews the staff because they only handed water with one hand, and their face looked very grumpy, which made me uncomfortable.
