Extremely poor service...

I didn't think I would have such a bad experience. The staff took forever to come when called. While bringing out the stir-fried frog dish, the juice spilled onto my white clothes. Not a single apology. They even said to the server next to them that it was because the frog plate had too much juice... I'm too fed up to even talk. I will never come back.

Although the restaurant is not crowded, the outside area is almost full, but the dishes are served very slowly. After sitting for about an hour, only 3 dishes came out: chicken feet, fried rice, and shaking beef. The tofu and chicken cartilage, which are usually served as appetizers first, still haven't come out after an hour despite being reminded many times. The dishes take so long that it kills the drinking mood.

The food is average, nothing special. I came here following TikTok, but it was not as expected.

The staff noticed that there were a few people, some running around like crazy, others doing nothing but sitting with their lovers. I feel sorry for the employees who have to do double the work. Doesn't the restaurant have a manager or something?

There is no Korean menu for Korean customers. Just order by intuition lol^^

My group of friends and I just held a birthday party here, and the atmosphere was really lively. The space is spacious and airy, the food is delicious and diverse, especially the fresh and flavorful seafood. The staff are quick and attentive, so the party went perfectly.

The eatery has sidewalk seating, very comfortable, with a view of the Han River, cool and breezy. Food comes quickly, but the dishes are not very many.

I've come back here many times, objectively speaking, this place has nothing to complain about. It suits my taste. The appetizers are good; as a local from Da Nang, eating here feels like home. I like how the restaurant sets up the lights for photos—it looks quite chill. On busy days, a slight delay in serving dishes is unavoidable, so I still happily hang out with friends. Highly recommend visiting, everyone.

The eatery has so many delicious dishes that I was too busy eating to take photos :v Fried pork belly with fish sauce, Thai-style shrimp sauce is so delicious I want to come back to eat more :v The crab hot pot is also okay, the eatery should improve that dish to make it good. With a cozy and cute space for family or love, it's great.

The place has a view of the traffic opposite the river, so it looks airy. If you go early around 5-6 PM, the service is slow. The food is not diverse and the menu is not very appealing. Overall, because of the airy location, it's okay.

The food was really bad, completely not worth the price. From the flavor to the presentation, everything was quite basic and left no positive impression. However, what disappointed me the most was the service attitude of the staff. Our group called a staff member over to ask for help in a very polite manner, but that person deliberately ignored us and did not respond. When we called again, a female staff member showed irritation, an unprofessional attitude, and even made a disrespectful remark like "what?" right in front of the customers. Honestly, at that moment, we were very surprised and felt disrespected.

The food was terrible, the staff had a bad attitude. Our group politely asked a staff member for assistance, but they ignored us and even had the attitude to say 'MOM'??? First time experience and also the last, so disappointing!

The service staff is unprofessional, with a hesitant attitude and not enthusiastic towards customers. (I'm only referring to one female staff member out of the two female servers on the evening of March 11th) Acts like her mom is the director. The other female staff member is very lovely though.

Yesterday I stopped by to try some dishes at the restaurant, they were okay, but they need to improve the Thai hot pot because the kitchen made it too spicy, a pungent kind of spicy, I couldn't even drink a bowl of the noodles. The rest was fine.

The food served was inedible because it was too salty. Asked the staff to inform the kitchen, but there was no feedback to the customer... The food quality feels like it's declining day by day.

Out of dipping sauce

The dish was out of stock but the staff didn't inform the customer, making them wait for an hour. Then when it was time to ask for the bill, it also took a long time. Two different staff members came to check the order twice.

THE STAFF'S ATTITUDE IS TERRIBLE, they don't solve the problem of ordering food for customers. The staff huddle in groups of 5 or 7, chatting with each other, making customers wait 30 minutes for food. When customers can't wait any longer and want to pay for drinks and leave, the staff stalls for time to make customers wait again, then says they have no change?? The attitude is unacceptable, will never come back.
