Five years ago when I first visited Roots, I remember thinking, “Okay… smoothie bowls, nice, but that’s about it.” Fast forward to now and wow — what a glow-up. The menu is much more extensive, the food is consistently good, and I can see why they’ve expanded to Ho Chi Minh City. We’ve eaten here twice this year alone and both times were great. The Hawaiian burger was phenomenal — easily one of the best vegetarian burgers I’ve had in the past couple of years. Everything we ordered was flavorful, fresh, and very reasonably priced. One small note for fellow digital nomads: the tables are a bit high for my personal preference if you're planning to work for hours. I did notice other nomads happily working there though. For me, it’s more of a perfect “break-time lunch spot” rather than a full work session café. Overall, a delicious vegan stop in Da Nang and a place I’d happily return to. Two enthusiastic thumbs up.👍 👍

We ordered multiple tiles at Roots via Grab and are fans. The food has a great quality, ingredients are fresh and tasty and the packaging is free of plastic. Great job Team. We wish you many new customers and will enjoy lunch now ,-)

Incredible menu. Friendly staff. Amazing selection of desserts, we had tiramisu and banofee pie yesterday with matcha. absolutely loved the banofee pie and the matcha has a good taste. Today we got mexican bowl, Japanese nori bowl and american cream sandwich. I had the sandwich and loved how creamy and yummyyy it was! We also got the pumpkin soup for my little brother which was great as well!!

I had the roasted veggie salad served in a cast iron skillet… it was really good!! I asked for less oil and balsamic dressing on the side and they accommodated me! My husband had the Autumn sandwich which he also loved. We’ll definitely return🥰

Breakfast / evening place Food is amazing and the sizes of the meal are very generous. I’ve come back multiple times to try more things !! Coffee is also good and decent amount of space to chill or to work Plus gluten free options are amazing the wrap was the biggest and best I’ve had in Vietnam /))

Super leckeres veganes Essen. Smoothiebowls & Toast absolut zu empfehlen. Highlight war das Pesto Toast. Cappuccino & Heiße Schokolade waren ebenfalls gut. Freundliches Personal. Wir mussten beim Bestellen leider etwas warten, was aber wahrscheinlich an den Feiertagen lag und daher weniger verfügbare Restaurants für Veganer geöffnet hatten. Dafür war das Essen top & es hat sich definitiv gelohnt. (Derzeit leider keine Burger & Suppen.)

Tried the smoothie bowl at Root Plant in Da Nang and it was really good. Fresh, tasty, and not overly sweet. Loved the mix of fruits and the texture. The place has a nice, relaxed atmosphere too. Would definitely come back 👍

I Love this Place. I was there several times. Coffee is good and they have also a loot of very good food options. You can also order extra protein powder oder for example extra tempeh 😊

I ordered the smoothie bowl, banana toast and the beet juice, everything washed delicious fresh and well made, great atmosphere, many more things to try on the menu.

This is a restaurant that we come back for a few times already, also delivery to our house. We enjoy the Japanese bowl, Mezze platter and bbq tempeh. As a Vietnamese myself, I feel like the taste is more for Westerners. The restaurant is quiet and clean. I just wish they put more care into the plants upstairs.

A very nice vegan restaurant. I tried their smoothie, snickers, and a Hawaiian burger. All were exceptional. The food took a while to arrive but I did not mind the wait.
