The shop is tucked away in an alley, so it's a bit hard to find. Prices are quite high for students. I ordered a matcha latte with nut milk and found it delicious—the matcha flavor is strong, aromatic, with a slight umami taste, the milk is rich and creamy, not overpowered by condensed milk, and it melts the ice but still tastes good, 8.5/10. The shop is beautifully decorated with a chill vibe; inside there are high tables and chairs for studying and working, outside there are low chairs and plants. The shop has two adorable cats. Oh, the strawberry tea is not good—my friend ordered it and the color wasn't vibrant and the taste was astringent.

Quiet and private eatery, beautiful space suitable for bringing a laptop to work and chill

This eatery is quiet, going in the evening I see few people, the drinks are also okay.

I came to the shop when it first opened, the cats were still small, but now they've grown big and chase each other around a lot lol. The shop space has many trees, cool and pleasant 😚 The bartender was very attentive, thank you.

Good drinks, attentive service frequently refilling water for customers, the eatery allows card games so +10 points, clean restroom, the eatery has a cute cat, however should invest more in parking space because the sidewalk is difficult to park, no one assists with parking.

The eatery is very empty and quiet. The decor of the eatery is very pretty. Another great plus is that the eatery has two very cute cats.

The shop has delicious drinks, reasonable prices, and a cool, quiet space, so coming here to study really fits my vibe. And thanks to that wonderful vibe, after studying and practicing TOEIC at the shop, I took the official exam and achieved a TOEIC score of 915 for both Reading and Listening skills. So I am very satisfied with the shop. 10 points, no buts.

The restaurant has a very beautiful space

My experience at this eatery was not good. Regarding the space, there are indoor and outdoor areas. The atmosphere is gentle and cool, so indoors is suitable for studying, while outdoors is suitable for chatting and catching up with friends and family. The staff are gentle. The drink prices are a bit high, but the quality is average. What left a bad impression on me as a first-time visitor is that the service was extremely slow. I paid at 9:38, but had to wait 20 minutes for the server to bring out filtered water. At 10:10 (32 minutes later), my table received the first drink, at 10:17 the second, and at 10:23 the third. I asked why the drinks took so long, and the server replied that the place was busy. However, I was sitting outside observing the entrance and inside, and it was not busy at all. When I arrived, most people already had their drinks, so even if orders ahead of mine were considered, there were only 2 or 3 drinks. So waiting 45 minutes for 3 drinks is unacceptable to me. This is my last time visiting. I hope the eatery can improve based on this feedback.

Pros: The water is decent for the price, staff are friendly, the shop is small but has a few nice corners. Cons: I visited the shop expecting a chill vibe like in the clips on the shop's Reels/Fanpage, BUT on my first visit, I sat outside and unfortunately encountered a combo of 2 smoking customers + a group of male friends playing games and swearing quite loudly (they came later). Objectively speaking, I found sitting outside not chill at all; I just wanted to leave quickly and have no intention of returning a second time (probably just bad luck) :)

I ordered a mango yogurt, but I couldn't taste any mango at all; the mango garnish was also green mango (the type that's both green and hard, eaten with chili salt 🥲). The matcha latte uses oatside milk, so it just tasted like milk, nothing else. On the bright side, there are two cute cats. You can consider visiting after reading this review.

A small cute eatery in a small alley, I went at noon when it was sunny so I chose to sit in the air-conditioned room. The space is quiet, the coffee is delicious, and there are super chill cats.

It's been a long time since I found a place I liked this much. I happened to see the eatery through a review on Facebook, but the photos didn't impress me much. When I arrived, it happened to be a rainy day, and the garden was so green. The garden has a style blending Vietnamese and Japanese elements, with lots of greenery. The eatery has a Hoi An vibe, rustic, retro, but very pleasing to the eye. Inside the house, it's a bit small but cozy, and everything isn't too far apart. The view looks out to an airy yard, so it doesn't feel cramped. The eatery also has board games, and the interior decor isn't just bought and placed randomly; it seems well thought out. The menu is diverse, with reasonable prices. There are also two orange cats :))

There is a garden space and an air-conditioned room, with plenty of charging ports, board games for entertainment, clean toilets, and two little staff members that seem to be a mother and baby cat pair. You can bring your cat to socialize. The shop has many check-in spots with nice color tones. Drink prices are a bit high compared to the general average. However, probably due to the type of milk, the matcha is quite hard to drink and not to my taste.
