The food here is good, but I have to say the staff's attitude is terrible. It's not my first time buying here, and I say this because I've had their milk tea many times before, and previous experiences were quite satisfactory. But this time, I'm very disappointed because I still bought the 15k milk tea as usual and ordered with the staff: 15k + no ice + sweet, but she made it wrong (added ice) and didn't even apologize, with a face as if I owed her money. That attitude, okay, I still let it go, but when she handed me the 15k milk tea, I was quite surprised because the portion was no different from a 10k-12k one, only half full (previously when I bought the 15k one, it was nearly 4/5 full, almost to the rim). At this point, I was speechless about the staff's attitude. I didn't want to make a big deal because the shop was crowded, so I just left. If I ever come back to buy, I'll probably ask someone else to serve, but with this kind of service, I probably won't return to this shop again.

If you haven't had the chance to go to Saigon to eat Huynh Hoa bread, you can try this, but for those who have eaten Huynh Hoa, it's quite disappointing. I ordered 1 Special Bread for 65k, almost comparable to Huynh Hoa Bread in Saigon. Pros: Clean, quality slices of cha lua. Cons: Not bad but very unbalanced. The butter flavor is unclear, too much pate but little liver taste, and the char siu meat is also 5 parts fat, so it's extremely greasy. Need pickles and cucumber to cut the grease, but there's little cucumber, and the pickles are made fresh but not sour enough yet, so they don't cut the grease. The only salty thing in the bread is the pork floss, which is also scarce. In general, the greasy taste of pate overpowers all other flavors.

I live in Saigon, I find the dishes sold at this eatery are very expensive and not to my taste. Honestly, selling at such prices in Da Nang is really unnecessary.

If we compare the Saigon-style bread line with generous fillings, lots of meat and pate, and especially pate and egg sauce, here the prices are affordable, with regular and special sizes easy to choose. The regular size is also one and a half times the size of a normal bread, suitable for those with a big appetite or two people with small appetites. As for the special size, I think it's easy to split in half for two normal eaters. Saigon-style bread gets boring quickly, so it's mainly an occasional experience. The shop also has other regular types of bread. Each loaf of bread is toasted hot and crispy. The food cabinet looks neat and clean. The shop also has seating space to eat bread and drink coffee or milk. In front of the shop, there is also a fresh orange juice stall. The coffee price is a bit high, I think, because this is not the main product or strength of the shop, and the style is mainly takeaway. Located on the street front, there are a few spots for motorbikes, but cars are quite difficult, only for takeaway because it's near an intersection with heavy traffic. The staff is quick and friendly.

When ordering, the staff didn't focus on making food for customers. People who came later got served first. Then some staff stood eating, others wandered around, and the food was incomplete. I paid and ordered a glass of milk for the staff, but they still haven't made it. It's frustrating.
