Cơm Gà Thắng Tuý Loan

It was early dinner at around 5pm. No one except. Being served by a young man. Ordered Fried Chicken rice (or Ga Dui). Chicken was very flavorful though if it was fried longer would be even more crispy. Guess that the drawback of being early. I finished the chicken leg but not the rice so I ordered an additional fried chicken breast to fill up my hunger (didn’t have lunch). Chicken breast was fried better and not rushed. Overall, great chicken. Very local! Don’t expect great atmosphere particularly at this hour. Drinks can purchased right besides the restaurant. The whole meal costed me less than $4.
