For lunch, the ground floor is a bit hot despite many trees, so going upstairs with air conditioning will be more comfortable and quieter. The fish pond is beautiful, the drinks are delicious.

Cool for a weekend coffee morning

It's very hot. Da Nang has many places like this (trees, fish ponds...) that are not suitable for summer (hot) while summer is the tourist season.

The restaurant space is airy and spacious, creating a comfortable feeling, and the drinks are not too bad. But what gave me a bad experience here is that the weather is hot and I was using a fan, but a staff member came and took the fan away without saying a word.

During my trip to Da Nang, Nia Coffee at 14 Phan Thanh Tai was one of the most relaxing spots for me and my family. If you are looking for a place to escape the hustle and bustle and enjoy some complete relaxation, this is an extremely ideal location. The biggest plus is that the space here is extremely spacious and full of greenery. The shop has an open design, close to nature, and even has a pond that looks very refreshing. The air inside is fresh and quiet, not noisy or chaotic; sitting in any corner feels comfortable and leisurely. Those who like to take photos for social media will surely love it because there are many photogenic angles. As for the drinks, I find the flavor decent and easy to drink, and the prices are reasonable, not too expensive for a space like this. The staff are quick and polite. Overall, this is a very nice garden café in Da Nang. If you have a chance to pass by this area, you should stop by to rest, have a drink, and relax while looking at the trees.

I came to the Nia eatery with the purpose of using the working space, the air-conditioned room. Yet when I arrived, the staff said they were preparing to lock the room for guests who had booked in advance and asked me to go downstairs, even though I had just ordered a drink at the counter and no one had informed me beforehand. There was also no apology or any solution offered to me afterward. When I asked the staff to pack my drink to go, they poured the drink straight into a paper cup right in front of me, which looked very odd. I was so annoyed that I wanted to throw it into the trash, but after all, it was my money. I ask: a coffee shop that invests in space and image, where staff stand up to greet customers coming and going, yet fails to meet what customers truly need—what does that prove? Whoever manages this shop should reconsider. You can't blame the staff because they just follow what the manager says. Now, at 12 noon in the sun, holding a packed iced coffee to go—doesn't that look ridiculous? :). 1*

The restaurant has a very green and cool space with lots of plants. I went on Sunday and it was super crowded, the staff were enthusiastic and friendly. I had a matcha latte and found it quite bland.

The shop is very chill, has koi fish, the seating is COOL and affordable, suitable for working as well

The coffee shop has a very beautiful space. I ordered salted coffee. It was indescribably salty and astringent even after changing it 3 times. The drinks here are truly terrible. I hope the person in charge will taste all the drinks to see the quality. The price is not cheap at all, but the drinks are inferior to those at street-side stalls.

The space is airy and very gentle, the lower floor is relaxing. The 2nd floor will be a private space for you to study. The drinks are not highly rated, I only give 6 points. In the evening, there will be live music, enjoy it 😋

Coffee is okay, price is a bit high. The space is very decent, except in summer on weekends you shouldn't come because it's crowded and you have to sit in a place without a fan, which is very hot. The chairs have no backrest, so sitting is very tiring and causes back pain! I don't understand why top-rated places like this can't afford folding chairs with backrests for customers to sit on!

Expensive eatery, must self-serve. Staff unpleasant, do not help customers arrange chairs even though there are small children. Customers are sitting drinking, but staff come to wipe the table, impolite. Terrible experience.

The space is very chill, with lots of greenery and especially a Koi fish pond that looks extremely relaxing. Sitting and drinking water while watching the fish swim feels very 'healing', quite peaceful in the middle of the city. The space is airy, with many beautiful spots to sit and chat or take photos.
