Since my first year as a student, I have always supported Sasin. Today, on March 8th, I had an extremely bad experience. First, the server threw the menu onto the table. The spicy seafood noodle bowl for 57k had only a few sparse toppings: one octopus head, one octopus tail—okay, if it were fresh octopus caught yesterday, I could accept it. But this octopus was like something dug up from the Ice Age. Five tiny fish balls with a sour smell like your armpit on a hot day. Two shrimp that were nearly decomposing, and two small clusters of enoki mushrooms. Probably the enoki mushrooms were the freshest thing in the bowl. Going out to eat on a rainy day, I had planned to visit Seoul but saw the place was too crowded, so I ended up at Sasin. I never expected the quality to be so terrible. What a waste, and cordially goodbye.

The restaurant has few staff, serving ice and drinks is lacking. At first, it might be understandable, but later, tables that arrived after us got their food and drinks first, while our table waited nearly an hour even though we reminded them. The staff kept saying 'wait a moment,' but we waited very, very long, even though we arrived earlier. The food was terrible, too sour, even though I ordered spicy chicken noodles, not Thai hot pot. In short, don't come here a second time. I made the mistake once, so that's it. I hope everyone doesn't come a second time.

The eatery is bad, the food is not delicious, and the price of 55k/bowl is the lowest, truly not satisfied with the service.

I arrived before other customers by about 10-15 minutes, but other customers were served before me, and I had to wait another 10 minutes or more. As for the drink order, they only brought out the soda, and when I asked for a glass of ice, they said it was out, but a table that arrived later had 4 or 5 glasses of ice.

Chicken noodles 55 thighs with a spoon 3 thin slices xx still dotted like mold. The straw is reused. The shrimp is pitch black. The broth is no different from Koreno instant noodles. Just look at the reviews to know whether to try it or not.

I went at noon so it was very empty, only I was eating alone so I don't know how it is, but the staff was average, neither rude nor friendly. Food: I ate spicy Thai hot pot beef noodles, the broth was quite tasty, the beef was a bit chewy and quite tough. I also had a portion of fried dumplings. The fried dumplings were overcooked, so they were a bit hard on the mouth, tough. Looking around the restaurant, it was quite clean but there were still some spots with trash on the floor. But when the staff brought the noodles to me, they seemed a bit rushed, I don't know if something was happening in the kitchen (at that time I was the only one eating), but when they brought the noodles out, they set the bowl down quite hard and hurried away.

I don't know if the utensils have been washed or not? The bowls are dirty with old sauce stains, the chicken is terrible, not like the menu photo, the noodles are bad, the shrimp are mushy and small, not fresh either, the fish balls are undercooked.

The staff is extremely rude, from the owner to the employees. The owner acts condescendingly toward customers, the female staff flirts with male customers and is rude to female customers. Only after eating here did I understand why the place has 2 stars.

A guy in the restaurant was not wearing a uniform. I don't know if he was the manager or not, but when it came time to pay, he showed a somewhat obvious attitude that made me feel embarrassed in front of everyone.

From the owner to the staff, attitude: they are customers, not beggars!

My wife said it's not delicious, so it's not delicious, giving one star, terrible.

This is the first time I've eaten spicy noodles and felt as terrible as this; the staff's attitude was very unpleasant. I ordered 2 portions of seafood noodles and beef noodles, and when eating, I felt the food wasn't fresh, and the broth was quite salty. 5/10 6:30 PM I ordered a dish, went ahead but the staff didn't bring it out. Instead, they served it to people who came after me. On top of that, they didn't apologize to the customer, letting the customer leave in anger. I am a fan of the restaurant and was the first customer to eat here when it opened until now. The staff sometimes provides very poor service.

Not to mention the space, but for that price, the food quality and service are too poor. The mixed noodle soup is 95k/bowl, but the shrimp is spoiled (I have to say this because it's really too bad), and the noodles are scarce. Everyone has different tastes, but the food at that price is too bad. The staff took the wrong order but did not apologize or respond to the customer; instead, they acted arrogantly and left the customer to deal with the leftover food. In short, it deserves 1 star. Eating while feeling angry.

The food is terrible. I ordered level 0 and level 1. The person who can't eat spicy asked for level 0, but they made it level 5, so they had to skip eating altogether. Too bad, I won't come back again. The restaurant is going downhill, such a pity.

The food is the worst I've ever seen, the staff attitude is terrible. There are no words to criticize.

From the evening of August 6th to the noon of August 7th, I clearly ordered that I cannot eat onions, but the staff still put them in many times. When I asked about it, I received a rude attitude from the staff: 'So did they put onions in or what?' But where did the large, long, and plentiful green onion stems come from? Truly disappointed, and this is my last goodbye to the restaurant.

The fried food is overcooked, dry, burnt on the outside, generally quite bad.
