Ordered a few dishes via Grab. It's just simply amazing! Maybe it's the best com tam I tried so far. It's a definitely must try restaurant.
Very affordable and good com tam located a bit far from the center. There were many delivery drivers having their lunch here and that’s usually a good sign. As expected, the value was great and the cut of the meat was nice for the price. It had the charcoal smell, which I liked it a lot.

Excellent Com Tam (rice with pork chop)! This is a small family restaurant in a very nice street where you can immerge yourself in the Vietnamese daily life. Cheap and tasty food, it is worth to have your lunch here.
