This branch's staff is really bad at their job, very bad. I went with 2 people twice due to a promotional program with a commendation certificate. We saw on the page that it said we could choose 1 out of 2, but when we arrived, the staff chose the dish for us 🙄 (when going to the NLB branch, we were allowed to choose, and we went to receive on behalf). I let that slide. The special thing is that the two of us ordered separately; after I finished, it was my friend's turn. I ordered no ice, and my friend also ordered no ice. But when we received the drinks, both cups had ice. How strange is that? "No one bathes twice in the same river," right? The staff said it was due to their mistake of not selecting no ice, but both of us ordered twice, and the machine was pressed twice, yet both times it was missing—how is that possible?
