Jollibee Đà Nẵng

We tried jollibee while in Vietnam, Order a chicken but no gravy. Gutted..instead gave us a tomato katsup.

Food was great, especially the chicken which was crispy and juicy but not too oily. Only complaint was that the store was very dirty, with trash and dirt all over the floor and tables cluttered.

I ordered the 2 piece combo with a drink and fries. chicken was not hot, more like warm. same with the fries. not juicy and tender like Texas Chicken restaurant. The taste is different than the U.S. might be the frying oil they use, I'm not sure. at least the chicken skin is crispy. overall, a bit disappointed cause people said Jollibee chicken is tasty in VN. maybe a different location will be better?

It's nice how as a Filipino there is a Jollibee here in Da Nang, The food is really nice! Sweet as expected, Waiters and Waitresses are understanding.

Very bad attitude to costumers, plus when we ordered a combo, we got 15 pieces of French fries, and most surprising when we asked no ice we got less than half of the cup of drink. When we asked to fill it all the way they got mad and refused.
