My first time visiting this restaurant, the impression I got is very good! With professional service and wonderful french food! The view is very beautiful too! Im very happy I had been here!
Very poor place. Never go there
Very poor service and attitude. We book a table, pay advance and table is changed last minute. Entry staff had very poor attitude and rude to my guests. Closed door and curtains and made us wait in lobby.
First Southern French dining experience! The chef and staff were very nice and introduced all dishes in detail. It’s a family restaurant. I particularly like the stuffed squid and lobster.
Very nice dining experience! Surprising caramel butter. amazing lobster ginochi and very good service. Love the picture they gave us.
We ordered bouillabaisse (it was okay, didn’t finish it) and a “medium rare” steak, but it came out very raw. When we told the owner the steak was still too raw, he said, “I’m very sorry if that’s too French for you.” Like dude, just give us what normal people call medium rare 😂 The bill was 7,000,000 dong. The price, service and food ratio was mediocre at best. They don't even have bartenders to make you drinks.
Everything was excellent. The host and our waitress were attentive, considerate, friendly, and welcoming. We enjoyed every moment, and they even gifted us a really cute portrait of us :)
We chose this restaurant because of its high rating and were excited to try French cuisine in Da Nang. Unfortunately, the experience fell short of our expectations—especially considering the 4.8 rating and the price point. The food was disappointing overall. The tiger shrimp was overcooked and didn’t taste fresh, and the dessert featured an odd combination of flavors that lacked balance. The oysters were also quite small. For this price range in Da Nang, I believe there are many better dining options available. That said, the staff were friendly and attentive, and the service was genuinely good. If service is your top priority when choosing a restaurant, you may still find this place appealing.
Vietnam has the best French cuisine. Hanoi, HCMC, and DaNang. This is the second French restaurant I’ve tried in DaNang. Wonderful. I started with the foie gras. It was delicious. Then the lamb shank followed by the chocolate po du creme. All fantastic. A view of the entire city and great service. A great value compared to Paris or the states.
Great food and service! Had a wonderful night
First Southern French dining experience! The chef and staff were very nice and introduced all dishes in detail. It’s a family restaurant. I particularly like the stuffed squid and lobster.
Genuinely one of the best restaurants I’ve ever visited. The food is unique and incredible; the oysters are the freshest I’ve ever tasted, and the Tiger Prawn Pasta is absolutely to die for. As a Texan, I have high standards for meat, but this steak was the juiciest and most tender I’ve ever had—which is saying a lot! Beyond the food, the restaurant is family-owned and steeped in history. The service is impeccable, rivaling the $3,000 fine-dining experiences I’ve had elsewhere. Honestly, this is better. It’s a must-visit if you’re anywhere near the area.
Absolutely great! Ambience is so cozy and calming nervous system! Great place to have beautiful dinner! Good is great as well! In general stunning experience
Cabanon Palace in Da Nang delivered an truly memorable dining experience that exceeded every expectation for a special birthday celebration. Perched on the 21st floor with stunning panoramic views of the city lights, the elegant ambiance—blending refined French Riviera charm with a touch of retro sophistication created the perfect romantic and festive setting for the evening. The food was outstanding, showcasing authentic Provençal-inspired cuisine with highlights including perfectly cooked steaks and fresh, flavorful seafood dishes that were both beautifully presented and bursting with taste. What truly elevated the night, however, was the exceptional service: the attentive, warm, and professional staff made us feel genuinely welcomed and cared for, even arranging a thoughtful birthday touch that added a personal, joyful note to the occasion. I would also like to point out that the chef/owner is a really talented and nice person. It was one of those rare evenings where great food, impeccable hospitality, and a celebratory atmosphere came together seamlessly, leaving lasting memories of a wonderful night in Da Nang. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a fine dining experience with heart.
This restaurant is a journey into a chef’s heritage. From the moment you step through the door, you can feel the seamless coordination of the staff; they create a unique atmosphere that instantly transports you from the outside world into a special, refined dining space. The soul of the food comes from the Chef’s roots in a fishing family. Knowing that the seafood dishes—especially the lobster—are based on his great-great-grandmother’s recipes makes every bite feel incredibly meaningful. You can taste the generations of tradition and passion in the depth of the flavors. I looooved the crab bisque so much that I honestly wished I could carry it in my tumbler everywhere I go! What we loved: • The Seafood: The French oysters with that fantastic onion sauce and the scallops were exceptionally good with their delicate sauce. • The Signature Dishes: The Foie Gras with brioche and the Butcher’s Steak with red wine sauce were cooked to perfection. • Warm Hospitality: It was heartwarming to learn that the team includes family members. That genuine, family-run warmth shines through in their attentive service. • The Wine: An excellent selection. I loved the specific bottle the staff recommended based on my preferences—it was a perfect match. Even my daughter thoroughly enjoyed her pasta! Whether you are a local or just visiting, this restaurant is a must-visit for anyone who appreciates food made with true heart and history. We will definitely be back.
