Quán Bún Hường

This small, roadside noodle shop serving Bun Bo Hue. The broth is fantastic, full flavor with essence of spices and hint of sweetness. Fresh chilies and limes are available as condiments so you can elevate the flavor to your liking. I also like the pickled onions and garlic. The noodles are cooked right, they are the thinner rice noodles. I prefer the thicker, flat noodles myself. Very cheap bowl of hot noodles from breakfast.
