We visited this place every day of our stay in Hoi An and absolutely loved it! 🍹 Such an amazing variety of fresh juices, teas, shakes and other drinks, all with authentic local vibes. It’s a lovely family-owned business and the owners and staff are incredibly nice, warm and welcoming. We had such a great time trying all the different drinks and really enjoyed every visit. Most affordable and tasty matcha

Wonderful location to take a break and enjoy a tasty beverage! They offer a variety of drinks, from fruity to milk teas. We got the Brown sugar milk tea with flan/boba, and soursop tea, both were delicious. Pricing is phenomenal, service was great, and staff was attentive. Check them out!

If you are looking for hospitality and service, this is not the place. Spend your money elsewhere in Hoi An. Staff is rude and disrespectful to tourists.

A Peaceful Escape from the Hoi An Chaos We visited My My twice during our stay. In a city that often feels overpriced and overwhelming, this place was a refreshing change. The Best Prices: It seems to be one of the few spots in the area that offers fair, non-inflated prices. We paid 70,000 VND each time for our two drinks, which is excellent for this location. Drinks: The coffee was very delicious, and the Avocado Shake was also good and refreshing. The Atmosphere: To be honest, we struggled to enjoy the city itself because it was so incredibly crowded and the constant pressure from street vendors was exhausting. However, this café is located a bit away from the main hustle and bustle, making it the perfect sanctuary. Verdict: If you need a break from the crowds and the "tourist traps" of Hoi An, come here. It’s a quiet spot for a great coffee where you can actually breathe for a moment.

We didn’t even get the chance to try anything because we were flat-out refused service. We had 4 adults and 3 kids in our group. Only two adults were ordering (the kids weren’t), and that was apparently enough for the staff to turn us away. The male employee asked if anyone else would be ordering. I said no. His response? “Only ordering a flan and no one else in this group, I won’t serve you.” Seriously? We immediately canceled the drink and left. The level of arrogance and pettiness was unbelievable. Refusing customers because you think the order isn’t “big enough” is not just rude—it’s completely unprofessional. If you’re that selective about how much money people spend, you have no business being in hospitality. Take your money somewhere else—they clearly don’t want it.

Super leckere, günstige und trotzdem große Tee Getränke. Der Service war immer sehr schnell und bemüht. Alle Wünsche wurden erfüllt und wir waren jeden Tag dort :)

Thái độ lồi lõm

Thái độ phục vụ kém,quá tệ Mình gọi ly nước uống,con mình bị đau sốt ko uống được loại gì,xin chút nước lọc cho cháu uống thuốc mà bà nhỏ tóc ngắn cột cao đứng quầy thu ngân bấm nhỏ nhân viên ko cho😡tôi liếc qua thấy thái độ cô chứ tôi ko mù đâu co nhé,miễn quay lại nhé! …

Thái độ phục vụ của nhân viên quá tệ..cãi đong đỏng với khách khi khách đã order đồ uống xong rồi..thật sự không bao giờ có lần sau..

Quán Trà Sữa MyMy khá dễ tìm khi dạo quanh phố cổ. Không gian không quá nổi bật nhưng thuận tiện để ghé vào nghỉ chân. Điểm ấn tượng nhất là trà trái cây: vị rất ngon, tươi và dễ uống. Trà sữa cũng đậm vị, không bị nhạt như nhiều quán khác. Giá cả thì cực kỳ hợp lý, khá rẻ so với khu vực phố cổ.

Nhân viên k thân thiện, thái độ hách dịch..

Chưa bao giờ gặp một nhân viên mà thái độ cực kì tệ, trải nghiệm quá tệ, nhân viên cãi ngang lại với khách, ghé 1 lần và không bao giờ quay lại
