My Quang tasted like it went bad so we didn’t eat it after first bite, banh beo was ok but not great either. Only their winter melon drink was good. Bathroom was decent. Wouldn’t come back

Nhân viên ko nhiệt tình. Đồ ăn hết cũng ko ra báo. Gọi món thì cứ trơ trơ như ko phải việc của mình. Ko nên đến những quán này khi đi công tác hoặc du lịch cùng gia đình.

Tôi chủ quan cứ nghĩ cùng thương hiệu Đặc sản Trần thì sẽ đảm bảo chất lượng và dịch vụ, nên chủ quan ko check đánh giá quán trên Google map. Quán vắng. Khách vào nhà hàng không có ai chào hỏi. Khách ngồi vào bàn ko có ai ra đưa thực đơn và giới thiệu món ăn cho khách. Thịt heo và bánh tráng khô. Rau héo vẫn còn sâu. Mì quảng trần và mì quảng gà ăn rất chán. Nhân viên có thái độ không tốt với khách hàng, ko niềm nở,gọi thì lơ đi. Vệ sinh rất tệ hại: ruồi đậu khắp nơi, nhân viên lấy hót rác dưới sàn nhà đặt lên bàn để hót rác dọn bàn. Ăn xong 3/4 người nhà tôi bị đau bụng. Một trải nghiệm rất tệ hại với gia đình tôi. Nếu đc cho 0 sao tôi sẽ chấm 0 sao.

I had the chance to visit Đặc sản Trần on Phạm Văn Đồng during my trip to Đà Nẵng and was very satisfied. The eatery is spacious, clean, and airy, suitable for families and groups of friends. The dish that impressed me most was the bánh tráng cuốn thịt heo (rice paper rolls with pork) with tender meat, very fresh raw vegetables, moderately chewy rice paper, and rich, flavorful mắm nêm (fermented fish sauce), authentic to Central Vietnamese taste. The Mì Quảng (Quảng-style noodles) was also delicious, with generous toppings, though the broth was a bit bland for me; adding a little more seasoning would make it just right. The staff served quickly, were friendly, and enthusiastically guided first-time customers on how to enjoy the dishes. The food was beautifully presented, ingredients were fresh and tasty, and dishes were served quite quickly even though the eatery was crowded.

The food is delicious but the eatery doesn't have air conditioning, so it's hot.

I wanted to eat local food, so I visited a place recommended by a local. Well, hygiene standards differ by country... but it's better to think of it as having a local feel rather than being clean. First of all, the food prices are cheap. We had a meal for four and paid about 25,000 KRW per person. However, it's hard to expect any special service... maybe because the last restaurant I went to had such excellent service. It's not A-grade service among restaurants in the same country, but it's very good if you consider it as just a neighborhood eatery.
