This place has the best Com Tam in the city. But it is almost double the price compared to local food stalls and restaurants selling the same dishes because it caters to tourists in the city-center. But it is worth it because the restaurant is nicer and cleaner than the average options. The grilled pork flavor is not perfect like from Ho Chi Minh City or California, but compared to other restaurants here, it is generally better, more fresh, and enjoyable. Some persistent issues remain though: 1) The sunny-side up egg us usually overcooked—sometimes it takes multiple requests for them to understand and correct the issue. 2) The kitchen may send out an unattractive cut or overcooked piece of meat instead of choosing a better option from the stack. 3) Some staff need better understanding and training to stop coughing out of habit openly around food. When they are sick, they need to stay home and not stand near dining guests while they wipe their runny noses then serve food and handle cash. 4) Some local guests don't use earphones while streaming content and don't reduce the volume. 5) This place is also cash or bank transfer only. Amazing place!!!! We got the Thit Kho and Dac Biet and it was so good. The staff helped us with making a dipping sauce and tending to all of our needs. This place is a MUST GO if you come to da nang

Mình đã có một trải nghiệm rất hài lòng tại Cơm Tấm Ốp Lết 1940. Điều mình ấn tượng đầu tiên là không gian quán khá sạch sẽ, gọn gàng và tạo cảm giác thoải mái khi dùng bữa. Nhân viên phục vụ thân thiện, lịch sự và hỗ trợ khách khá nhanh. Dù quán có khách ra vào liên tục nhưng mình không phải chờ quá lâu, đây là một điểm cộng rất lớn. Về món ăn, phần cơm được chuẩn bị đầy đặn, trình bày đẹp mắt và nhìn rất hấp dẫn. Cơm tấm mềm, thơm, hạt cơm không bị khô. Các món ăn kèm được nêm nếm vừa miệng, đậm đà nhưng không quá mặn. Mình đặc biệt thích phần trứng ốp la vì lòng đỏ vẫn giữ được độ mềm béo, ăn cùng cơm và nước mắm rất hợp. Nước mắm pha có vị hài hòa giữa mặn, ngọt và chua nhẹ, giúp món ăn ngon hơn mà không bị ngấy. Khẩu phần ở đây theo mình là khá hợp lý so với mức giá. Đồ ăn được phục vụ khi còn nóng nên cảm giác ăn rất ngon miệng. Bên cạnh chất lượng món ăn, mình cũng đánh giá cao thái độ phục vụ của nhân viên vì mọi người khá nhiệt tình, chủ động và tạo cảm giác dễ chịu cho khách. Nhìn chung, đây là một địa điểm đáng để ghé nếu bạn thích các món cơm tấm và muốn tìm một nơi có đồ ăn ngon, phục vụ tốt và không gian thoải mái. Mình chắc chắn sẽ quay lại vào những lần sau và cũng sẵn sàng giới thiệu quán cho bạn bè, người thân. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Biết đến quán từ năm 2022, khi còn ở Đống Đa. Quán đổi qua địa chỉ mới thì cũng thường xuyên ghé khi nghĩ đến cơm Tấm. Dạo gần đây ghé lại thì thường có nhiều vấn đề xảy ra. Lúc thì canh quá lạnh, lúc thì cơm bị nhão. Đồ ngâm cũng không còn được như trước nữa. Quán tăng giá thường xuyên nhưng lại không giữ được chất lượng cũ..

Cơm tấm ngon, vừa miệng, có nhiều lựa chọn về đồ ăn kèm. Không khí ở quán hơi ồn, mình đi buổi trưa gần vào giờ nghỉ giữa giờ của quán nên nhân viên nói chuyện ồn ào.

Mình ăn rất nhiều lần, xuất bún chả rất ít bún, k đủ khẩu phần ăn cơ bản. Hầu như lần nào cũng fai gọi thêm bún, gọi thêm 1 phần thì lại k ăn hết, dẫn tới thừa, bỏ đi lãng phí ! Cái này quán cân đối lại cho hợp lý.

I can't remember how many times I've come here to eat because it's too many, I can't recall them all. But I've never been disappointed; every time has been wonderful, from the food, the staff, the service to the atmosphere, there's nothing to criticize. This is definitely a place that everyone must try when coming to Da Nang❤️❤️

The food is very delicious, I can say it's the broken rice eatery that I find the most delicious and suits my taste the most. The staff is also very enthusiastic, cheerful, and lovely. The space is clean and airy. I will come many more times.

The food is overpriced, not outstanding enough to justify the cost. The space is a bit stuffy; on the second floor, there's no fan, only air conditioning. I asked for extra fried pork fat, but they brought out scallions instead, as if they were reluctant to give it. The beef is only grilled when ordered, tender, but the portion looks meager for 80k, which includes American-style beef rice with one topping of pork cake. Honestly, I won't come back a second time.

Beautiful space, good service, however the flavor of the dishes is a bit strong (my personal opinion), a restaurant worth trying, I will come back here on my next year's trip.

I ate here twice and found the food very delicious, very suitable for my taste. Once I came at 1 PM but saw the staff were still cheerful and lovely, and the food came out quite quickly. The second time was dinner at 7:30 PM, the food came out super fast. When I asked for anything extra, they gave it to me happily and kindly. After I paid, they said goodbye and asked me very politely. Overall, this place has no flaws. I will definitely come back many more times 🥰🥰
