Nous avons initialement choisi ce restaurant pour sa capacité à proposer plusieurs choix de plats végétariens. Nous avons au final trouvé l’un des meilleurs restaurants à Da Nang. Le jeu des saveurs est à la hauteur d’un restaurant Michelin, tout comme l’atmosphère du restaurant. Un mot tout particulier pour le service, qui est irréprochable. Le restaurant dispose de tables intimistes, parfaites pour deux, et d’une salle privée permettant l’accueil de groupes. Cela permet de garder un calme auprès des tables de 2/4 personnes. C’est particulièrement agréable dans un restaurant ayant un nombre restreint de places disponibles.

This restaurant is our highlight in Danang. According to our server, the chef is an Italian who loves Vietnamese cuisine, so he creates a menu of fusion food which take advantage of local ingredients with Italian style. All dishes we ordered are delicious and well presented. And tastes are rich and delectable. It appears nothing on the menu can be wrong. As it located on a quiet street, it is highly recommended for special occasions.

口コミの良さに惹かれて かなり前から予約を入れたのですが… 結論から言えば残念でした。 最初のぬるいビールと サービスの女性の無愛想が 入口としては充分でした。 パスタの一皿が あまりに硬く、 ミシュランの店とは思えない内容で 流石に一言言いましたが、 お会計の時に、 シェフがきちんと挨拶に来てくださったのは このお店が繁栄している理由の一つでしょう。 料理に対する愛情を感じないわけでは無いし、 これからもこの町の中心で いることは間違い無いでしょうが、 わたしが次にダナンに来た時に 訪れたいと思えないことは 追記したいと思います。 この町で最後の夜を過ごすには 極めて残念でした。

Invités par des amis vivant à Da Nang depuis quelques années, nous avons pu découvrir une cuisine raffinée servie avec gentillesse. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié que le chef italien utilise quasi que des produits locaux! Une adresse à recommander sans faute.

Le chef Alessio conjuge avec succes, la cuisine de ses origines avec la subtilite des saveurs de la cuisine millenaire du Vietnam. Un moment comme on les aime. Merci au chef pour toutes ses explications qui nous permettent de mieux comprendre la qualité de son travail.

A truly memorable dining experience. Every dish was beautifully presented like a work of art, with incredible attention to detail and clear passion from the chef. The flavors were well balanced, ingredients tasted fresh, and from appetizers to desserts, everything was impressive and thoughtfully crafted. Just one small suggestion: I think the owner should consider adding more lighting at the front entrance where the elderly security guard stands. My husband and I arrived around 7:30 PM, and I honestly got a little startled because under the tree, in the dark, I suddenly noticed a silver-haired man standing there. I even rubbed my eyes twice before realizing he was smiling at me. It turned into a funny memory, but better lighting would definitely make guests feel more comfortable upon arrival. After dinner, we left completely satisfied. The flavors were rich and well rounded, with a beautiful fusion of Western cuisine and Vietnamese vegetables. I really like this place. The service here is even more refined than some high-end restaurants. Often when staff serve Asian guests, they don’t always introduce the dishes, but here the F&B team was extremely professional, attentive, and confident in explaining every course. The atmosphere is cool and relaxing, and the background music made the entire evening feel comfortable and enjoyable. Food: 100/100 Service: 100/100 The surrounding area is quiet, with convenient car parking available. Prices are reasonable and not overly expensive for the quality you receive. Tip: Make a reservation in advance to ensure the most attentive service. We will definitely be coming back.

This was a very good experience of a fine dining in Da Nang. We had the signature menu with 8 courses. They all tasted nicely but I think some dishes could be taken away as it was a lot of food Like the abalone salad and the pigeon dish. Especially the pigeon dish could be improved by smoking it more or cooked it more. It was a bit too raw. The wagyu beef was very heavy as last dish. Could be placed a bit earlier. Also, as an italian restaurant, I also missed the typical italian dishes. A bit more pasta inspired dishes would be nice. But overall a very good experience.

Delicious fine dining experience with attentive waiters and chef Alessio who comes out personally to check on the customers and make conversation. Presentation of the entrees was lovely and the desserts were to die for. Prices very reasonable given we are not locals. Their moscato on offer was light, refreshing, and sweet while not being too overbearing. The mille foglie was the most delicious desert I've had in a while. I could honestly eat a metre by metre squared of it. Recommend this restaurant highly for both food and service.

Наверное я ничего не понимаю в изысканной кухне. Но, заказывая пасту с бараниной, не ждешь хрящи и что-то похожее на камни в ней. Думал, зубы хрустят. (на фото не съеденное) Вообще, мне это до боли напомнило макароны по-флотски с тушенкой говяжьей из банки. Кто помнит, тот поймет. Но по цене гораздо выше. Бесплатные приветственные угощения вполне. Спасибо! Чешское пиво тоже ничего. Сервис несколько навязчив. В общем, здесь все прекрасно. Но больше сюда ни ногой. P.S. В ответ на клевету ресторана сообщу, что я прям там показал на тарелку и сказал, что еда no good , когда ко мне подошел сотрудник и спросил, все ли мне понравилось. Никаких действий, кроме странных взглядов предпринято не было. Даже в момент моей оплаты на меня просто смотрели. Никто даже ни малейшего намека не выдал к желанию разобраться (даже не решить) в ситуации. Принес хрящи с собой - вы сделали мой день. )))) И камни я принес. До этого я видел такое только по телевизору, который не смотрю уже лет двадцать. Удачи вам с таким подходом к делам. P.P.S.: До этого я сомневался. Быть может, это норма. И я же даже разжевал первый хрящ. Но теперь явно стало понятно, что хрящи и камни - не часть блюда. А чье-то разгильдяйство. P.P.P.S. Смысла нет писать мне высокопарые термины и названия ингредиентов. Я описал свои вкусовые ощущения. Для меня - говяжья тушенка из банки. И ром индийский Old Monk - для меня коньяк «Московский».
